Galansiyang Inc. has proudly won the title of “TECH PLANTER in the Philippines 2022 Grand Winner” awarded by Leave a Nest Group, a Japan-based organization of scientists and researchers. Leave a Nest Group brings together passionate startups, factories, large corporations, and public sectors to address global deep issues. As the grand winner, Galansiyang will represent the Philippines at the Tech Planter ASEAN Finals 2022.
During the competition, Galansiyang showcased their revolutionary drone reforestation method, which was pilot-tested in collaboration with Nickel Asia Corporation – Cagdianao Miners. This innovative technology aims to assist environmental frontliners in the mining sector by accelerating the process of mine rehabilitation, and promoting high-tech solutions for ecological challenges.
Galansiyang extends their gratitude to DTI Region 10 for the accommodation provided in Iloilo City.
